Agria Vet Guide

Appearance in the calls

Updated

When working in video calls it is important that we give a professional appearance.
Here are some pointers to think about when you are working:

  • Sit in a well lit room and use your Agria clothes and rollup. It is always good to have a light source in front of you. We recommend that you use a headset.

  • Always look into the camera lens when you greet the pet owner, when you say goodbye and regularly during the call. If you look into the lens it will appear as if you're having eye contact.

  • Try to stay centered in front of the camera.

  • Try to lean away from the camera as much as possible. Don’t be to close, as you're always way more in-zoomed when you appear in the pet owners phone.

Here's an example of how it looks for the customer.
